Lined in 100% Cotton Terry for super absorbency and extra comfortable. May be used with with or without a liner. Our belly bands are made with multiple layers in between to wick the moisture away from your pup. Adjustable velcro closure for secure fit. More absorbent than the competition: theirs will drip wet while ours remain dry. Washable!
