Refund Policy

We will gladly accept your return/exchange of new, unused, or defective merchandise with proof of purchase and merchandise tags still attached within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of pet clothing – see below). The return window begins on the date the goods are shipped. Returns accompanied by valid proof of purchase will be credited to you within 30 days of receipt of the item. Thunder’s Treasure Trove does not cover return shipping charges.
Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted for pet clothing or collars. It is illegal in the United States to import, export, distribute, manufacture, or sell products containing dog or cat fur making it impossible to resell any returned/exchanged clothing items once they have been tried on your pet. Therefore please measure CAREFULLY prior to purchasing clothing items.
